شرح الحديث الأول من أحاديث الأربعين النووية

شرح الحديث الأول من أحاديث الأربعين النووية

Explanation of the first Hadith of the Hadiths of the forty nuclear
Sheikh Mohammed Saleh Al - Othaymeen God forgave him

(Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: , And emigrated to what migrated to it) [3]

It was narrated by Imam al-Muhaddithin Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Isma'il ibn Ibrahim ibn al-Mughayrah ibn Bardzabah al-Bukhari and Abu al-Husayn Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj ibn Muslim al-Qusayri al-Nisaburi.

Explanation

On the authority of the Commander of the Faithful, Abu Hafs Omar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him, the caliphate came to him by appointing Abu Bakr al-Siddiq may Allah be pleased with him, it is good of the virtues of Abu Bakr, and his installation in the caliphate legitimate, because appointed by Abu Bakr, Al-Shifaqah, and his view of the legitimacy of the Caliphate Abu Bakr, and Abu Bakr was the best choice where he chose Umar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him. In his saying, I heard evidence that he took it from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) with no means. It is surprising that this hadeeth was not narrated from the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) except 'Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him), but he has evidence in the Qur'aan and Sunnah. In the Qur'an, Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "And what you spend except seeking the face of Allah" (al-Baqarah: 272) This is intent. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to Sa'ad ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allaah be pleased with him): I know that you will not spend a maintenance that you seek from the face of Allaah unless you do it until you make it in your wife. And the year. The hadeeth was narrated by Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him), but the Ummah received it with complete acceptance, so that al-Bukhaari (may Allaah have mercy on him) issued his correct book in this hadeeth.

As saying: But the acts of intentions but each person what he intended for this sentence in terms of research two aspects: We speak first of its rhetoric:

He said: It is only in the words of the hadeeths, which are: the proof of the ruling in the aforementioned, and the denial of what is the same, and the way of enumeration: In it is limited and it is only standing. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "But every person has what he intends."

In the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): Whoever migrated to a world that is afflicted with it, or a woman who is married to him, he abandons it to what he has emigrated from: the concealment of intention from Hajar to the world. This man is not allowed to be mentioned, but he is recited by saying: "To a person who migrates to him."

He said: Whoever migrated to Allaah and His Messenger was the answer: He emigrated to Allaah and His Messenger, and he mentioned it with his intention, and whoever migrated it to a world that is afflicted with it, or a woman who prostrates it, abandons it to what he migrated to. He did not say: Women or women.

* As for the expression, the second research:

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The deeds are with the intentions of the beginner and the novice, the works: the beginning, and the intentions.

But for each person what he intended also novice and news, but provided the news on the beginning, because the beginner in saying: but each person what he intended is: Manoy late.

It was his migration to Allah and His Messenger and emigrated to Allah and His Messenger this conditional sentence, the instrument of condition: Who, and did the condition: was, and answer condition: Vajrth to God and His Messenger.

And so we say in the words of the saying: And the migration of the minimum affects.

In the language we say:

Business Collecting a work, including the work of the hearts and the work of speech, and the work of the introversion, this sentence includes all types of business.

The heart works: the heart of the work: Kaltakl God, and the assignment to him, and fear of him and so on.

And the work of pronunciation: Mainj tongue, and the most words of the tongue, and I know nothing of the prey more work of the tongue, except that the eye or ear.

And the actions of the neighborhood: the work of hands and feet and the like.

Business intentions intentions: collection intention: intention. And the intention: to resolve the act of worship near to God, and replaced by the heart, it is the work of my heart and not attached to the prey.

But for each person, which means to each person what he intended.

Here is a question: Are these two sentences in one sense, or two different?

Answer: We must know that the origin in speech establishment without assertion, and the meaning of incorporation: that the second has an independent meaning. The meaning of the assertion: that the second in the first sense. The scholars, may Allaah have mercy on them, said in this regard, the first of them says: The two sentences are in one sense. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

The second opinion says: The second is not the first, the words of the establishment of the security of the door of confirmation.

* And al-Qa'ida: If it is between the fact that speech is established or confirmed, we make it a foundation, and make the second not the first, because if you make the second is the first became a repeat that needs to know the reason.
